It is a timer operates as an electric switch

Clock Adjustment
The correct time format (24-Hour) time must be set prior to using the timer.
1. Press on “RESET” button. Screen will be blinking (clock adjustment).
2. Press on M or H button to adjust minutes or Hours as desired.
3. Press “SET” after finish adjustment. Screen will be no more blinking and
timer is ready for programming.
